1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, playing our game "ThrillPanel Universe", or purchasing our "ThrillPanel" products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us to play ThrillPanel Universe, you guarantee that you are above the age of 13, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Digital Content & In-Game Purchases

Our Service may allow you to purchase digital content, such as in-game currency ("Gems"), park unlocks, subscriptions, or other virtual items ("Digital Content").

3.1. License to Use Digital Content

Digital Content is licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use in ThrillPanel Universe only. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms and may be revoked by us at any time. Digital Content has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money or goods outside of the Service. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Digital Content at any time.

3.2. No Refunds for Digital Content and Subscriptions

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content purchases. However, this right is waived if you consent to the immediate performance of the contract (i.e., you download or access the content) and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing Digital Content or Subscriptions from us, you are agreeing to its immediate delivery. As such, you consent to waive your 14-day cancellation right, and we do not offer refunds for any purchases of Digital Content or Subscriptions.

4. Physical Product Purchases (ThrillPanel)

If you wish to purchase any physical product made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We use a third-party service, VivaWallet, for payment processing. We will not be responsible or liable for any payment processing errors.

4.1. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship physical products to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For deliveries within the United Kingdom, we retain responsibility for the goods until they are delivered to you, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom, the risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the international carrier.

4.2. Import Duties and Taxes

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are your sole responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

4.3. Returns Policy

In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to return physical goods within 14 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 4.4. Warranty

All physical ThrillPanel products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our option, either (1) repair the product at no charge, (2) replace the product with a new product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

5. User-Generated Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Miqo Innovations Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Statutory Rights

For customers in the United Kingdom, these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
